PIF: Fire Safety - Matches (1996)

A pre-'Fire Kills' PIF, cleverly (if somewhat creepily) done. Likening kids to moths, the soundtrack depicts at least two kids playing with matches, with corresponding footage of moths around a flame. In both, something gets too close to the flame. Predicable results ensue.
