Fantastic, they look dead easy to make and prepare. Looks good to eat aswell. I will have to try and make a few. Great way to use up the pigeons.

Really easy! Taste very good. We did a few BBQ'd last week at a syndicate clay shoot and I've got a waiting list of folks wanting to buy them!! They are so convenient in terms of cooking and meal times....just pull them out of the freezer and into the oven. I don' know why I waited 40 years to do my first.

Mmmmmm ya have left me hungry now! Too damn busy with the new house to have any spare time to get out with the gun though! But I will certainly be trying these for sure.

Have you tried doing Sausages with them? Not done any myself but the Mrs's is wanting to do a few.

Robert Griffin no, only because I don’t have the equipment to make sausages. Another favourite of mine is to make a marinade of soy sauce, chilli, ginger and garlic. Make skits on the meat and leave for 24 hours in the marinade. Bbq them and they are amazing. Went to a bbq where most had never tried pigeon and all 20 there loved it.

I'll try that with a few this weekend. I normally just drop them on the griddle when we BBQ but that sounds good. Thanks.

Robert Griffin no problem. I used a thumb sized bit of ginger, a whole red chill and 3 garlic cloves and almost a whole bottle of soy sauce for 24 breasts.
