That's one heck of a beautiful Pikes! A lot of very sensible and useful upgrades, and it looks fantastic. I can only imagine it rides just as fantastic, too. I also ended up choosing Pikes because they seemed like really well-built Brompton clones, and the longer frame is just brilliant. By now I've probably spent twice as much on upgrades than what I paid for the bike originally, but it's oh-so worth it.

Thank you! I did regret selling it and bought another pikes but maybe we leave that for the next video. ;) and I agree. Even with today’s options- Pikes still holds up.

Thank you! I checked and this one is still not available locally in ph in case you’re also from here. But there are other options out there. I switched to the original metro backpack and I have to say, I feel the difference

Any idea where to buy pikes trifold on the philippines? also, did you have any difficulties when you changed wheelset (i think you dont have the internal gear hub anymore) and is the external gears enough for the usual climbs in manila?

Hi! Great question there. Yup. I don’t have igh anymore. I compromised on the availability of the gears but it was a good offset for me because of the weight reduction. I managed to climb up higher gradients than Antipolo so the usual manila rides for me are not a problem. I didn’t have difficulties as long as I know the right hub size. Rtnw I’m not sure where to get pikes bnew anymore. I got mine from Tryong years ago

A little under the price of the bike bnew and all stock 🥲 But I sold what I can na stock parts so that helped.
