The Pilates bar mimics a Pilates reformer workout as the bar has 2 straps with a strong resistance to help create a long lean body by loading the muscles through various movements and positions.
Complete all 5 days for a comprehensive and well rounded program.
This is Day 3 of a 5 day Pilates bar challenge. In this 15 minute full body Pilates bar workout you will work your entire body. Use the Pilates bar to mimic reformer Pilates exercises from the comfort of your home. This full-body workout focuses on building strength, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility. Ideal for all fitness levels, this routine requires a Pilates bar. The Pilates bar is a perfect workout for those wanting to achieve a strong and toned body at home and cheaper than a reformer workout.
I will cue you through each move with clear, step-by-step instructions, making it easy to follow along. This workout targets multiple muscle groups, including arms, core, legs, and glutes, offering a balanced and efficient exercise session. Perfect for those short on time but looking for impactful results.

I am so glad that I found this series. I recently gave up studio reformer classes to save money and have had no idea what to do with my brand new pilates bar. On day 3, I have already learned so much! Not to mention that I am sweary and sore... thank you!

This was a challenge for me due to my equipment. But I enjoyed it with quite a few modifications. 😊 Liked the leg work especially. 😊

@@jennifermary2350 Good idea to have some padding. I've been looking on Amazon for a bar. There are quite a few all different price ranges. And now I need to replace my light band as well. I hope you're enjoying this series.

@@FlossontheMill yes I am thanks. Did you see Jacinta’s link to various makes of Pilates Bars? Seems about £20 for a reasonable one?! My long resistance bands are Beenax -doing well so far fingers crossed as I’ve tied them to my makeshift bar and more ties for foot holds🙄😊
