You gave good tips for those starting fitness. I love your shirt! Where is it from?! Much love from Canada. I love weight lifting and Pilates and was so happy to see this. I hope more women in India workout and that more centres are built to aid women feel welcomed in gyms across outside metro areas! However the title is misleading, this is not going to work fast for women who need to lose for their wedding! Needs to be way more intense if incorporating pilates!

These are pretty much stretches.. what you would do before your working sets. This is not going to make you lose weight. What would work for you will be cardio/HIIT and weight training. If you do low weight / high reps you would tone up.. If you want to gain muscle then do high weight / low reps. Diet is also very important - can't be eating roti 5x a day and expect to drop weight. What this lady showed here is just BODY weight exercises with LOW reps.. what is that going to do for you? Nothing. Anyway - I hope ya'll have a good day!

It is diet mostly, and also doing cardio along with weight training. Blogilates has great videos if your a beginner and need to get stronger first.
