Great cuing and exercises. Many Students need extra help and considerations and modifications without which they'll be frustrated here. Many have hip and lower back issues that require props like a block to sit on to accommodate lack of hip mobility so better alignment can be achieved.

Perhaps anatomy isn't important to Balanced Body? *ASIS-anterior superior iliac spine* It is to those of us with Classical training. It matters very much. Please edit this clip and refrain from teaching what you do not know.
