It's almost been a year and I'm still doing this regularly. No more back pain or stiffness in certain areas of my body. It becomes more relaxed, and even though I'm still WFH and sitting most of the time of the day, my posture isn't much affected. Your other videos help me as well, thanks heaps Lottie 💖

Hi, Lottie, I'm new to your videos - not new to pilates though, so I find iz very easy to follow your instructions. I work from home and I have problems with my knees because of sitting. I would enjoy a short standing routine that I could do without getting on the mat to bring some life into my legs and knees during my working hours. Just as a suggestion. Hi Lottie, thanks for a lovely routine as always. I’ve been dealing with some wrist issues lately because of my desk job and was wondering if you had any wrist friendly exercises to avoid carpel tunnel syndrome. Also, you are the best, you make me so calm and energized at the same time. A big thank you!!
