Hi Lottie, just discovered your videos while in self-isolation. I've been saying I'll take up pilates for a few years now. Never done it consistently. :P but your videos have me coming back for more and I'm really enjoying the routine. Hopefully I'll be able to carry on when I'm back at work this week as I work shifts in the hospital so can be hard to keep a routine for exercise. Thank you Xx

Hi Lottie, loved this session! I'm not a big workout person so I really enjoy exercises that are not very demanding or hard, and yet leave your body feeling like it went through an intense training. Could you please advise what other sessions I could pair it with if I want to avoid stiffness in my core from working a desk job and not working out much?

when did your videos starts stopping midway for advertisements!? Super lame and clearly disruptive to what couldve been a great 15min practice. Youre one of my favorite subscriptions and I truly hope this isnt your new trend
