Toning and lengthening the muscle groups leaves your body rejuvenated pilates is the workout to do 4 times a week,I also teach pilates and these are the exercises to do if you want to remain as young for as long as possible

Hi Lottie, just discovered your videos while in self-isolation. I've been saying I'll take up pilates for a few years now. Never done it consistently. :P but your videos have me coming back for more and I'm really enjoying the routine. Hopefully I'll be able to carry on when I'm back at work this week as I work shifts in the hospital so can be hard to keep a routine for exercise. Thank you Xx

Hi Lottie, loved this session! I'm not a big workout person so I really enjoy exercises that are not very demanding or hard, and yet leave your body feeling like it went through an intense training. Could you please advise what other sessions I could pair it with if I want to avoid stiffness in my core from working a desk job and not working out much?

I loved your stretching routine and even learned some new moves as well but could do without the commercials in the middle of a work out. 😣Wish they were only at the beginning or end. Thank you and loved your pretty feet too.😄🦶🏼
