Thanks, Lori! I do love this one as well for a full body full-hour workout. If you're ever shorter on time, I have some other shorter full body workouts that are about 30 minutes... great if you don't have a full hour to dedicate. Thanks again for visiting and for your comment!

I came to this video after being a member of your website, and found this to be a really nice mellow but still challenging workout. I want to thank you for the high quality of your videos and for the work you put into your website. Your workouts helped me get through the pandemic, and also improve a chronic lower back issue to the point where I rarely feel discomfort any more. A Canadian fan! 😍🙏

Absolutely fantastic! I was old and crickety this morning and now I am young and spritely. This really opens up the joints and eases the sore spits. Your guidance is peaceful and flowing as it should be and it perpetuates a body awareness and ease. Thank you again🤗🙏🥰

Hello Cailin, I loved this class. I've tried many Pilates classes but come back often to your classes. I like your clear instructions, and the sound of your voice. Thank you for putting these classes on tube. Oh, and on your other 60 minute class I love that the large ball just appeared!

Wonderful class-great full body workout! As my gym is still closed because of the pandemic here in Montreal, your pilates workouts have been very helpful in keeping my fitness level high and they are very similar to the classes I used to do. Loved this workout! Thank you so much! There are three of us working out together and we range from beginner to intermediate. We started with your 60 minute full body pilates workout and enjoy it. We tried this one today for a change and plan to alternate between the two although we did complete this one. We are looking for some recommendations from you for other workouts that we can try as well.

Hi Sheryl! I absolutely love that you are working out with your friends :) What a fun and healthy way to spend time together and motivate each other too! I'm so glad you're enjoying the 60 minute workouts. I just finished posting a 14-day Pilates series on my channel, and each day focuses on something different, so you could string 2 or 3 of those workouts together to make a full-hour workout. For example, you could do one of the ab days followed by an upper body video, then a lower body video... all at one time. I hope that makes sense! Let me know if you have any other questions. Keep up the great work!!

So glad you enjoyed this, Elvira! Hopefully your arms didn't hurt during those movements! Just double check that you are keeping correct alignment in the upper body and see if that makes a difference. Hope you've enjoyed some of the other videos as well :)

Loved this class!!! I've been looking for a good intro to pilates for my partner, and this will be perfect for him! I love your attention to detail and how well you go over each movement. He just had an ACL injury from skiing, do you have any videos on knee-safe pilates? Haha! Ty again! :-)

I loved the around the world variation of the roll up! I also do not understand how flexible your ankles are in plantar flexion!? My anterior tibias must be very tight, because my toes always pop off the mat during the modified/knees bent roll ups!

Hey Kira! I guess I never really considered my ankles flexible, lol! I will say that when I teach clients in the studio and we do a little ankle mobility, most people are surprised by how tight that area is! Glad you enjoyed that around the world roll up 😀 I love that one too!

Hello cailin I just finished this pilates....wow really good I love that you have put some yoga moves,I really love your 1hr one,my friend does your videos too put she is now pregnant i was wondering can she still continue,and also will you be doing any pre and post pilates in the future pls☺ and also keep up the good work

I'm happy you enjoyed this workout, Nicky! Great job completing the full hour! Your friend who is pregnant should be able to continue with Pilates throughout her first trimester, as long as she is healthy and doesn't have any health issues. After her first trimester, she'll need to make adjustments (such as not flexing/bending her spine forward). And she always needs to listen to her own body and if something isn't feeling right, she should stop! I am certified in pre and post natal Pilates and have noted the request for those types of videos :) Thank you for that great question!

You're so welcome, Carla! I would consider this class right on the cusp of an intermediate level (either advanced beginner or beginner intermediate, if that makes sense). If you search for "intermediate" on my channel, that should pull up the intermediate level workouts I have posted. I hope that helps! with the word power in the title i thought it was going to be more challenging..... more of a cardio as well, a bit too easy and slow...

Hi Aida, my apologies for that deceiving title. You are right, this class is not a "power" pilates workout, and I wasn't trying to make it seem like it was. It was an oversight! Thanks to you and one other person for bringing it to my attention. I've changed the title :)

I liked it was 60 minutes but I would not call this advanced or power was disappointed it was too easy 😞

Hi Tami, my apologies for the confusion... the name of the class may be deceiving. This is more of an intermediate class that is also appropriate for beginners with modifications. Although the description does not say that the class is advanced, I understand that the title may imply that it is. Thank you for bringing it to my attention!
