Loved this workout! Thank you so much! There are three of us working out together and we range from beginner to intermediate. We started with your 60 minute full body pilates workout and enjoy it. We tried this one today for a change and plan to alternate between the two although we did complete this one. I'm so glad you're enjoying the 60 minute workouts. I just finished posting a 14-day Pilates series on my channel, and each day focuses on something different, so you could string 2 or 3 of those workouts together to make a full-hour workout. For example, you could do one of the ab days followed by an upper body video, then a lower body video... all at one time. I hope that makes sense! Let me know if you have any other questions. I loved the around the world variation of the roll up! I also do not understand how flexible your ankles are in plantar flexion!? My anterior tibias must be very tight, because my toes always pop off the mat during the modified/knees bent roll ups!

I'm happy you enjoyed this workout, Nicky! Great job completing the full hour! Your friend who is pregnant should be able to continue with Pilates throughout her first trimester, as long as she is healthy and doesn't have any health issues. After her first trimester, she'll need to make adjustments (such as not flexing/bending her spine forward). And she always needs to listen to her own body and if something isn't feeling right, she should stop! I am certified in pre and post natal Pilates and have noted the request for those types of videos :) Thank you for that great question!
