Love it but have shoulder injuries. Do you have any that are for complete beginners that I can build on please?

Nicci, so sorry to hear about your shoulder injuries. Any injury can make working out more challenging. I would recommend trying the warm-up from the videos we've posted. The BASI Pilates warm-up is centered on fundamental movement that you can build upon.

Hi, I'm working with this vidéo which I liked during the first lockdown. Ther are now avertissements every five minutes... You are listening to the instructor and in the middle of an exercice, the announcement bursts in... Do you have any tipee or on-line tip payement or something ? Do not know if I am the only student willing to pay a little something so the vidéo becomes advertisement-free ? This class is great but it is not possible to use the video as it is and focus on the pilates work. Thanks anyway for the great sharing of pilates and Joy and positivity in your channel !
