Thank you for this video. I just received my chair and found your video really helpful. I’m 75 years old and have been doing strength training since a year ago. Had to quite the gym because of pandemic restrictions but am so excited that I can do most of my routine using this piece of equipment. Thanks, again.

This was so helpful. I have watched many other videos for this chair. But they were either too intense or too easy. Yours was just right. Very well explained and easy to move from one exercise to another. I am so appreciative! Hope you do another chair routine soon!

I really like doing my triceps on the chair by sitting in front of it with my back to it. Fingers facing forward and pushing down. I also like the side plank on the chair as well. Looking forward to trying the dip exercise you showed.

Hi Cassandra. I just ordered mine and waiting for it to come in the mail. I have 2 questions. How many reps do you do for each exercise ? Why does no one show before and after pictures so we can see the muscle definition changes ? I know you can't speak for others.

This video, some move are 10, 12,15 or 20 just start with 10 of you are a begginer. I have my own before and after photos of you watch my other videos. But I don't use the pilates chair daily.

@@totalhealthwellnessjourney I work out regularly with weights, cardio, rebounding and used to do pilates, so not new to pilates only the chair will be new to me. Are you saying you are only doing 1 round of these reps ? Because that would not be enough for me. I will look for some of your other videos. Thanks for responding.

Hello!! I don't typically make videos with this equipment. I created it for my private group because they wanted to see what I use it for. I think the pros are out works the legs and abs really well. You can get creative plus it comes with dvds to teach you alot. It is quality made and you will want the heavy springs and the tall handles. I'm not sure there is a con!! I will encourage you to join the pilates pro chair fb group. Then you can see more in action.

Hi Cassandra. I just got this chair and tried to do your video. When I step on the bar, it just goes to the floor. I made sure it was set up the same way yours is. Do I need to get different springs? Thanks for doing this video.

Hello!! Yes you may need to either adjust the spring or get the heavy ones. They make different ones for different exercises.
