This pilates reformer workout uses the pilates box as well as a resistant band/ booty band. If you don't have a band, no problem! The whole workout can still be done without it, the band just adds extra intensity to the workout. This workout focuses on strengthening the abs and obliques, the glutes and upper body. Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Amazing video..it’s great to be able to get a workout that’s as good as any Pilates class I have ever went to and I don’t have to spend $40 a class!

This is the first time I have used the box. My back was really starting to hurt when lying on my stomach and your reminders to hold your abs in worked! Another fantastic class!!

Hi there, my Merrithew reformer didn't come with foot straps. I've tried looking for it on Amazon but I'm not finding any luck. do you have a link for the straps? Or could you kindly advise me what I can search up?

I wonder why your machine didn’t have the feet straps.. so you don’t have to get the ones from Merrithew. These ones would work and the good thing about these is they have the smaller straps for hands, longer straps for feet..amzn.to/3TTqKTQ But if you want Merrithew brand here is the link ..www.merrithew.com/shop/springs-replacement-parts/reformers/ropes-straps-handles
