This is a short, efficient 30 minute reformer workout that will get your heart rate elevated, your legs burning, abs working and will make you sweat. If you are short on time and want to get in a quick reformer workout, this is a great workout to do! The majority of the lower body exercises are standing such as side splits and lunges which is what will elevate your heart rate and will work balance and stability.

Cold morning here but definitely sweating. As always, great routine. The last set of abs were really difficult for me. Something to work on (that and teasers).

This one got up my heart rate and kicked my butt-I had to do a lot of the standing work and earlier planks on a red spring b/c I'm still postpartum but it felt great to do some things that I haven't done in awhile! Thanks for another great class :)

Awesome, glad you loved it! If you don’t have a platform they have these thin cushions you could buy too so it’s not as hard on the wood.
