Don’t worry if you don’t have any experience with the Reformer! I’ll guide you every step of the way.
This workout is designed to:

As always, we’ll work on also improving your strength, balance, focus and relieving stress so you can do life with more confidence and less stress.
You have the option to use light hand weights or resistance band on some exercises to intensify the workout or provide more support for your body.
