Thanks Melanie! I did this as an add-on to day 5 of the 2024 7day challenge. I'm a 43 year old male from New Zealand, and have been looking for online reformer classes and tried a few so far, paid and free. Your channel is hands down the best, for many reasons that are important to myself and my partner 🙂. I'm fitting in the classes before work as our baby sleeps, with baby monitor screen by my side lmao. Thanks again, will definitely continue with your content!!

Hope you start feeling better fast. Not sure if you’re into natural remedies, but elderberry syrup, garlic honey ferment and taking beef organs supplements have been a game changer for me.

This looks great! Thank you again. Feel better soon. I know when my kids started school it felt like we were always sick. I used to take oregano oil whenever I started to feel a sore throat or congestion coming on.

​@MelanieLopezPilates I teach school, so to boost my immune I take Colostrum capsules and astragalus capsules. If I feel a tickle or not feeling well, I'll take a few more colostrum, really works well for me! Hope you feel well soon!
