Day 2 of my Pilates Reformer Workout Challenge - brand new for 2024! Each of the 7 daily videos contains an express workout that covers the whole body - some workouts a little more spice in certain areas. You can do these workouts daily, or pace yourself and space them out. No props are required, and they are appropriate for all levels.
Today's workout covers the whole body, with extra emphasis on lower abs an obliques.

Did this one right after day 1. Probably not the best idea for my hamstrings. As I’ve been told, if there is an exercise that you have trouble doing, it probably means that your body needs to be doing it. These baby bridges are okay but full ones still make my legs cramp after a few. The stretches at the end were much appreciated. Can’t wait for Day 3.

Oh man! The bridges are no joke. If they cramp again in that exercise, try adding another spring for more stability and/or bringing your feed to the sandpaper/platform instead.
