Hey Vicki - are you able to tell if it’s pain or fatigue/muscle soreness? For full-on pain, I wouldn’t be qualified to offer advice other than to stop the series and try something different and discuss with a doctor, but for fatigue or muscle soreness, generally speaking, tightness in the hip flexors could be a factor for some folks, the hip flexors overworking due to the TVA (deep core) not firing as much as is needed, and/or needing to explore some different positioning. i.e. straightening the legs, smaller range of motion, or taking out some variations/starting with a few reps only and adding on over time. I like scooter stretch for hip flexor stretching for myself. Sorry if this isn’t helpful - I can’t address pain, but those are strategies that I might look at in an in-person session for more general fatigue and soreness.

Roger that - thanks for the clarification. I think that pacing yourself and trying a little at first, and repeating the video but adding a tiny bit more each time could be a useful strategy, but YMMV. I also have a video coming out soon with some exercises with straps on the thighs that are pretty gentle but strengthening for abs and hip flexors that may support building hip flexor and ab strength. Let me know how you fare!
