This was great, I loved switching it up. Also how you do the breathing, it helps me keep that straight because sometimes I get confused one when I should be breathing in/out.

I loved this short but effective upper body challenge. My lower body is so much stronger and I need to work on upper body strength. Great class.

Hi there!! Great question, I get into a creative process and start to take foundational movements and see how I can create a variation of that, I also get inspiration from also great classes and see how I can tinker them to make a new variation also!
