Loved this one! I love the shorter series (15-20 mins) so I can get started and decide to do a second one or at least just get in a short workout. 15-20 mins always feels doable. Thanks for your videos!

I woke up this morning with a bit of a sore stiff back, just finished this workout and it feels so much better. I only got my reformer a few months ago so fairly new but never ceases to amaze me how much a simple stretch helps with everyday mobility. Thank you for another effective workout ❤️

Loved it! I need more hip openers and core & back work to strengthen up there as I lost electrical communication from blockages or adhesions. Your videos are helping me to open up and become limber again. Ty. 💕🕊

I am so happy to hear that the workouts are helping, and definitely yes to hip openers, core, and back work! I’ll prioritize that for a new video soon. Thanks so much for the feedback xox

Perfect for returning after illness. Loved the combo of arms and side lying and my abs were worked without doing any specific ab work! I’d love something that incorporates stretching/opening of the chest and back work, like swan or a long box series with the straps.

Great suggestions, thank you! You are speaking my language with the chest openers and long box work ❤️ Put it on my list! xo

Even better than I remember this one! Continuing on my strength building with minimized speed path this week- this was perfect to help me focus on posture and arms. Thank you, Melanie! 🖤🖤
