10 minute reformer Pilates workout for inner thighs
This class uses a Balanced Body Metro IQ Reformer. Spring cues also provided for other reformer types, e.g. AeroPilates reformer.

I used this as a cool down today. Next time I will try it as a warm up. I was thinking it wasn’t too bad until we hit the leg circles. They were the nail in the coffin, making my inner thighs feel the fire. Thanks for another great video.

Can you tell me what size ball I should use for inner thigh exercises. I have o e that looks smaller than the one used

Anything in about the 18-23 cm range should be fine!
