I really love your reformer workouts. Not to compare or anything but I feel like you truly have good form and teach a good flow without having to be focused on being super creative just for likes (which get so confusing to follow). I hope you could have your own virtual studio platform because i'd totally pay for regular full length reformer workouts!

Thanks, Dez! I really enjoyed this fun combo and the focus on strength building you bring to all your workouts. Hot tip to those of us who don't have a pole, if you can remove the head from your broom the remaining pole works great as a substitute. :)

Love how you cue short spine, thank you! I wish I could have an ‘above view’ when you’re side-lying... I don’t seem to have enough room for my bottom leg 🥴 my body has to be on a diagonal on the carriage, and so my shoulder is awkwardly pressing into the bolster behind it. Looking forward to doing a repeat on this session. Also love the split squats w pole. 🏆

I know what you mean about side lying...I am only 5' so I feel it is different for me, but I find it helps to pull my bottom knee up toward my belly a bit more, also can use your top arm to press into the shoulder rest in front of you to help take some of that pressure off. Hope that helps!

It looks like she has the Merrithew SPX Max reformer. I have the At Home SPX reformer, which is very similar and made by the same company. Mine is over 15 years old and still going strong. It was an excellent investment!

Hello! I love your videos. Would you be interested in making a few videos for me that I could pay you for, that you could also use for your subscribers? I would like to have 2 videos that switch off muscle groups. One I can use Mwf, and the other tues and Thursday. I have a reformer and a tower but I would like mostly reformer work. The other thing I would like to work on is having my shoulder blades down (as my shoulders roll forward) would you like to have me pay you to create this plan for me. The target is and all over body workout.
