I loved this! It would be awesome to have more of these gentler workouts for days when exercising feels really tough but you still want to move your body!

So I did this reformer workout today thinking that it might be an gentle workout since a it’s for pregnant people. Boy was I wrong! I am not pregnant and this work out kicked my butt! I love your vids! Thank you for sharing your passion on KZbin!

I did this workout yesterday, I’m not pregnant so I thought it wouldn’t be as difficult as some of the others. This one was more difficult for me!😂 I think because my hip/glutes/hams/quads are weaker. All I know is my legs were shaking after going down the stairs. Sore today, but my favorite kind of sore😊this one definitely packs a punch!!! I’m going to add it into my favorites of yours!❤️

I tried a few different videos but your workout was the best. 24 mins in and I need a break or two and some water 😅. Post covid I get tired quicker and pregnant. I’m going to keep watching your vids in hopes to get my fitness level back up.

This was great! I’m 10w pp and it feels really good to get back into it. Focus on the shoulders was great. Would love a video focuses on tight hip flexors

7 weeks postpartum and didn't work out much during the second two trimesters. This felt so good! Had to do less reps and on the lightest spring but dang, it feels good to do something again! I have a feeling I'll be pretty sore tomorrow. Thank you Dez!

My first time doing a work out I am 26 weeks pregnant. I had to take a few breaks plus there are some adjustments I have to make because my legs are super long but just so that I can stay encouraged if a person is consistent how many workouts do you think before they would actually see results and see change? Also, how many days a week should I do this work out before I see results?
