I am a huge fan of these workouts! They are fast and efficient and I love the way you explain the workouts and feel the burn just like we do. It’s very motivating and you have a great repertoire of movements to keep things interesting.

This was great! The plank part was a little difficult in terms of positioning the ring, but I did it on my knees and worked my inner thighs nicely! Thanks, Karen!

I love it! I bought that magic circle workout at Wal-Mart years ago but lost the CD and workout guide, out of all the videos i searched on KZbin yours is one of my faves, it is simple and so good, thank you so much!!

Hi DollFace. The pilates ring has some give so you are able to squeeze into it to help contract and deep intrinsic muscles.
