This is the workout I needed! Great for scoliosis, shoulders turned inward (the abs work with the bar felt amazing for that), and finally uneven pelvis - the one leg dips, and most importantly I feel great afterwards (not tortured). This workout came in just in time for me - many many thanks!

Michelle - another fantastic workout. I have a Balance Body reformer and it was not hard for me to follow along with your spring placements. My hamstrings are burning! I saw this class previewed and I do find the tower workouts more challenging due to less momentum to get us going. Your form is absolutely perfect and sets a great example for all of us.

Thank you Mary! This tower workout was a challenge on my legs, they were burning! And I agree tower workouts in general are a little more challenging I think because of the springs. you can’t really make them much lighter compared to being on the reformer.

More reps than I'm used to. But it's nice to get a shaky burn in a few movements and not have to be switching equipment a lot, so in that way, the lots-of-reps approach worked well!

I usually don’t plan the amount of reps a head of time, I usually see how I’m feeling and then adjust. But I do remember when doing this workout, I regretted doing a lot of reps for the leg section because mine were burning 🔥

So I’m actually usually the arm springs in this video for the leg exercises bc it’s feels more comfortable for these exercises. I just took the feet straps that you would use from your reformer if you did feet in straps and attached that to the springs. If you’re purchasing it on Amazon, it has to say “bundle”to make sure you are getting all the parts. If you don’t get the bundle, it doesn’t come with the long platform to make it tower only and doesn’t include the box… if you send me the link on amazon your thinking about getting I can tell you for sure if you are getting everything
