I realised the pilates blocks I had asked for last Christmas were barely used, a search brought me here and have done this twice now, a good challenge for a relative beginner and I can see the benefit of those dusty blocks now! Thanks for posting.

If we don't have blocks, what we use?

Try a small ball for the first series and the abs/back at the end. In the middle you can maybe try books to balance on or just try it with bodyweight only.
