Put your yoga blocks to good use with this Pilates core workout. We’ll use them to assist with alignment, test coordination, and guide through flow sequences. It’s a 30-minute workout with a few minutes of stretching to cool down.
Length: 30 minutes
Targets: Core exercises with full body integration
Level: Low intensity, beginner to intermediate, blocks assist with modifications
Equipment: Exercise mat and two foam blocks

Try a small ball for the first series and the abs/back at the end. In the middle you can maybe try books to balance on or just try it with bodyweight only.
