Continue our Pilates Workout Challenge DAY 4 - 30 MIN FULL BODY Workout (At-Home Pilates | No Equipment)
We are on Day 4 of our 7-day Pilates challenges. A full week of Pilates.
In these at-home Pilates mat classes, we run through a variety of activation and mobility sequences to improve strength and flexibility. Join the challenge, it is so worth it, and it is a lot more fun doing it together.
