PILATES REFORMER SHORT BOX SERIES:
LEVEL - Basic Series (Twist is Intermediate; Around the World is Advanced)
SETUP - 2 outside springs, Footbar down, Headpiece down, Box on
REPETITIONS - 3 - 5x each exercise
