Right at the end of the class, you used the phrase ‘you’re fully cooked’. I had not heard this before so looked it up! Amongst other explanations, in The Urban Dictionary, the meaning was as follows- TOP DEFINITION fully cooked Smoking marijuana to the point where you cant smoke anymore. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Nice one Katja

Hi Katja, I love your videos! I try to do them most mornings, I do want to say though that your videos have a very low audio.. I have a pretty good speaker on my computer yet I always need to connect to an external speaker to hear
