This was an exceptionally rewarding workout. I have only been doing Pilates (reformer at first, now only mat Pilates) since 2017. You are the best Pilates instructor I have ever worked with. Thank you for your expertly intentional videos. You inspire me to want to do more and better.

Hi Katja, I decided to try out some other pilates programs just for a change. I have been doing sessions with various teachers at Pilates Anytime and I'm returning to you. I find these teachers all move from one movement too quickly for me, and without sufficient attention to breath and focus on each position. I love how you pace the movements without rushing. Hi Katja - I have not done Pilates for a year after foot surgery and felt really out of shape. Have been doing your workouts every other day during lockdown and I love them. Gentle but effective and having given me confidence. Thank you x

I’d been a member of a gym for 23 years and since the current situation I had to cancel my membership. After trying so many online classes, with so many either you can’t understand or hear due to the music being too loud your classes I have found to be the best. Your instructions are easy to follow without the need to keep looking at the screen to see what to do next. I always finish feeling totally relaxed and mentally calmed. Thank you

I just did this one that I hadn't done before, wonderful coming after the seven-day routine followed by the three day summer routine. Thank you for these stimulating, beautifully conceived and balanced Pilates workouts. I have been doing one just about every day for nearly a year now on the days when I don't have a class with. my "real live" Pilates teacher here in eastern France. Like so many others, I'm so glad I found your channel! You are a wonderful and generous teacher.

Thanks so much Katja, I’m very grateful following your Pilates after my knees and lower body had long term pain (too much jumping and intense exercise caused too many injuries which I didn’t care too much). Until recently, just diagnosed with AVN in my pelvis bone - very soon will have surgery. Following your Pilates helps me to stop the radical pain temporarily and hopefully I can practice soon after surgery and be active and strong again with your Pilates. Keep it on, I’m sure lots of people like me really need quality Pilates videos for our rehab. Always stay with you xx

Another great class Katja. This has probably been one of the most challenging sessions. Instruction is thorough as always and so reassuring that you’re always aware of the different abilities of your participants, and able to offer slightly easier options on some of the exercises.

Excellent. I was feeling very stiff and inflexible having done a lot of walking over the last few days and I really needed to stretch out which doing this class has fulfilled. Feeling much better!!

I've been doing one of your classes every day for two months (of lockdown). The 30 minutes classes are amazing: I often do one in the morning and one in the afternoon, or two back to back if I have time. In the mornings I G-meet screen share with my brother, so we can do it together. Your classes are amazing for variety, pace and clarity of instruction. Thank you.

I really enjoy your classes during this lockdown! Cheers from Slovakia :D The only thing I struggle with is when you turn to side plank and then I cannot see you and have to turn my head all the time :/ Thanks for your effort!
