I’m having a horrible time with fibromyalgia and don’t want allopathic medication. I’ve seen several specialist, had acupuncture and physical therapy, and nothing has helped. Most of my severe pain is in my upper back, neck and shoulders. I started using this video specifically for pain management when those areas are in severe pain and it’s providing relief. When I’m finished with the video I can literally feel a difference in the release of stiffness in my body. I’m trying to do more of your videos daily and am hoping at some point my body will stay consistently loose enough that it stops locking up. So thankful I found your channel ❤

This is a lovely flow, Katja, especially for someone like me whose back has been most intractable recently! And I was able to do it quietly in a corner of the living room so I didn't have to disturb the family 😉.
