I heard about this last year and from what little I have seen, its pretty dope. Apperently this show is still going on since 1985. Thats pretty impressive and it looks really cool. Wonder if their are any official sub's or dubs for english because it looks like it has a lot of story to tell.

You probably already know this, but a remake of the sixth season of this is on Netlfix as "Pili Fantasy: War of Dragons" There's also a spinoff called "Thunderbolt Fantasy" that has official English subtitles.

The only way I can think of getting PILI stuff translated is... dun dun... get Singaporeans interested in it. Why. Because the stuff shown on Singapore TV is ALWAYS subbed in English. On the other hand, they will likely ruin it by using the Mandarin dub. Because Chinese topolects (Minnan, Cantonese etc) other than Mandarin are typically NOT allowed on Singaporean media. Sad.

Not quite. He made a tv show inspired by Pili called "Thunderbolt Fantasy". It's in the style of Pili (wuxia performed by glove puppets), but it's an entirely separate production from Pili.
