If you liked that foamy head for the last one, look up Vanilla Nitro Pepsi. The regular Nitro Pepsi is just okay, the Vanilla one tastes a little bit like a pepsi float and has a smooth creamy head almost like a Guinness. Just make sure to follow the directions on the can!

@@brandondapro Honestly, I kinda like flat pepsi tbh. The nitrogen adds a tiny amount of carbonation and more creaminess. The vanilla is definitely better though. And yeah, the head defintely doesn't last as long as you'd want. I find pouring hard is definitely better to get more of a head than pouring it like you would a can of Guinness

I am super into Guinness also, I think if they found a way to develop the head to stick around for more than a minute it’d be a go to for me. I like that nitrogen gives drinks a fizzy feeling but doesn’t have the “roughness” going down. It feels like drinking regular water that has an occasional pop rock in it lol.

Lauvern and Shirley loved those things. Milk and soda aren't common but, they're not unheard of. Most people use soda and creme for various cocktails such as a Colorado Bulldog (white Russian with coke), standard rootbeer/coke floats, and for fans of soda jerks/fountains creme fizzes...etc

Best way I've found to do this is 6oz vanilla coke and 2oz of half & half. Better simulates the old school coke float. If you do 5 Oz regular coke, 1oz Baileys Irish cream, 1oz Kahlua and 1oz half and half you get a drink called a Colorado Bulldog and it's a great dessert drink.
