Pinan Ni Dan movements 1-4

Application from a punch:
- Your hands will come up in a flinch position as the punch comes in blocking your face from the strike, if you are quick enough you can strike the incoming arm (LI-10). After the flinch press the incoming arm down and out of the way getting ready for the follow up strike from your opponent. With an outward block/hammer fist, deflect the next punch and strike their arm if you can (LI-10). Step through and punch your opponent's neck or head (LI-18 or MHN-17).
