Rick brought it all out in his writing. The words that come to mind listening to him are Heartfelt, Joyful, Illuminating and Inspiring. Few musicians can capture those in entire albums and Rick does it in one song! We are fortunate to have been blessed with these gifts that Rick wrote.

Pink Floyd have nothing to be ashamed of in any album they created as each has it's moments and charms and an indelible something no other has ever had lives in Atom Heart Mother and the keyboards are key to be sure. Pink Floyd were always breaking new ground and just being so very progressive and avant-garde in their sound they created soundscapes that took the listener on a journey and most of us liked the places Floyd would take us and for that I thank you Pink Floyd! 😊
