Great video i was surprised to see courtesy corner in Rycroft still open when i was still living in Fairview that place was such a shithole dont know what its like now but back then it was pretty getto. Iguess your videos really appeal to me because i drove and hauled heavy loads on the same roads and you sound a lot like me i had the same vocabulary as you makes me laugh listening to you i get trucking flashbacks unlike 70s flashbacks i get every now and then . truck looks and sounds great i never drove many Kenworths usually a Western Star with cat power. take care stay safe and watch out for the idiots!

its been awhile since i stopped in there too, rare id go this direction and only usually go by here if i was coming from fairview to rycroft or GP. its been probably 10 years since ive been in there but it was a bit ghetto then, thanks for watching and ill try to stay safe as much as possible

I don't miss being gone for weeks at a time but I do miss driving a truck. Keep on keeping on, brother.

thats ridiculous since id say that stuff is mostly automated assembly line run by computers, but i guess theres a shortage on microchips? that effects the making of grease. i hope stuff gets back to normal soon

Maybe different in your daily routine but cam lock chains suck. After 47 yrs at it my go to was S-hooks center and inside rails with a boomer on the outside rail...fast on and off we're outta here...Lol Before the next scale fire your tire chains and lunch bucket over the last trailer axle and you'll be all set.

yeah i hate cams, there always twisted and stuff, waste of time. i used to use the bed truck C hook in the center that are more beefy and round. i think its about same as a S hook

probably 3-4 sets a season, not a ton of use in the summer but still frequent, really all depends. some roads require them no matter what cause someone screwed up so that's hard on them when its packed hard gravel, sometimes ive toasted 4 sets in one winter

Sometime, maybe show how you get those loads started up onto the back of semi trailer? Thought it could be a tilt deck with you chipping dirt out of frame rails, but the axle set up does not look like a tilt deck! Also, do you edit your own videos? Got some computer skills there if you do!

no tilt deck here, its a tri axle scissor neck. works with rollers. sometimes i show it, depends on people around. and yes i edit all my own stuff, 4 years in the making learning all the programs and tricks by watching cinematography stuff on youtube . had to learn after effects and photoshop final cut pro along with lightroom, all pretty comlex programs at first i was lost, never had a camera or a computer till this, thanks for watching too
