Switched to the cutoff saw like that last year and will never go back to the grinder type again! I do equipment repairs so this isn't a bed that would work for me but it looks nice. My truck is a F550 IMT bed with a 2 ton crane, air compressor, Miller Trailblazer 325efi,Smith torches, bulk tanks for hydraulic oil, coolant, and motor oil. All new in 2016 and as of last month payed for .

I switch to metal blade chop saw. The old style, I could never get a correct angle.

It’s just temporary to help control warpage while welding out the trim pieces along the bottom.

No sir we just cut down the middle and it will spring open then just slide it up the plate.
