Pistachio Cardamom Loaf Recipe | Gluten Free

This is the third loaf I've baked in my short baking trajectory and I can say that it's the most delicious one I've made so far. It doesn't even matter that it's gluten free because you can't even tell. The flavors of the pistachio and cardamom are so present that they are just a joy to savor. I'm glad I tasted the original loaf from Ovenly and for Mirella Cheeseman's blog post on her interpretation.

It looks like a good recipe. You're the first one I saw with the loaf recipe completely from scratch. Others use pitaschio instant pudding, not the meal. Why did you include xanthum gum to the recipe?

Thanks - I didn’t develop the recipe. I believe I added the source link to the description box. The xanthum gum is something I always see in gluten free recipes. It’s probably to make thing more firm.

Hola Carmen, la verdad no sé. Pero la harina que ocupe no es harina blanca regular. Fue libre de gluten.
