Fantastic Video. Working in a coal mine we broken in to old workings from the 1800s found a clay pipe and egg shells from the miners lunch.

Thank you Antonio. I'm always heartened to see such good pitch rigging practices employed - complete with safety approach lines, especially so on known false floors as indeed you have done - then good shared and equally tensioned twin pitch head belays (the good old figure-of-eight on the bight) for the main pitch head take off, particularly so as best exemplified there at the third pitch head (50m level) @ 15:04 mins. My commendations to the rigger. Kind regards.

Another great video. I'm hoping to go on C to R through trip in 2 weeks (it's in Gwynedd not Conway) but nervous that it might get stopped by increased lockdown so watching this to whet my appetite for things dark and dingy. Those false floors look so dangerous like you could wander on to them and not realise it's false. I know for safety and liability you can't say where this mine was in video, but give us a cryptic clue please! Edit: who's the guy abbing with a Rig or something fancy, you should ban anyone who refuses to use a Stop as a matter of principle. Edit2: particularly impressed by underwater filming

C to R it’s an epic through trip 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👌🏼👌🏼🔦 has all the elements of a real underground Adventure , a few absails, traverses over Bridges of death and canoeing over a lake !Haha that was carl Abbing with a Petzl ID , it’s what he uses in his rope access work !

ray dowley yes the level we followed at the very bottom (end of video) drains the water out but blocked for Explorers

What camera do you use? Is it a gopro? Very good quality. 👍🏻 Do you use the narrow setting? Doesn't look wide. I like the caption settings very much! Would love to hear about your settings for dark caves and mines. 👍🏻

Arytmica yes it’s a GoPro hero 7 white , and don’t use the ultra wide settings , also some of the footage at (25:23) it’s with my IPhone !
