She knows to be calm and gentle with her grandparents!! That's a smart girl!! ❤ We have a 100-pound Dogo Argentino who is the same way with her grandparents!! She knows that she could hurt them and knock them over if she gets hyper, so she remains calm and gentle around her grandparents!! They spoil her too!!

Yeah..but it goes beyond that . they adapt to be of service .I had the exact thing with my dog ..with me she was talking interupting me when i talked on the phone played gently with the cat never wore a leash and was afraid avoiding all dogs .then my mom took her to my dad and when I went she had stopped talking ,became the house security crazy barking at any sound chasing cats out of the yard ,played with dogs loved the leash ,always near my dads leg even when he went up down the stairs interacting soft and quiet not jumping on him..basically 1doing what she thought was expected of her to please him 2protecting him coz he s old..they fit in like kids and like to please ppl

We had a dog that was this nuts with us, but was very calm and gentle with grandma - even playing. Dogs know how far they can push people! Personally, as annoying as it can be when you're trying to do something, I prefer the nutty version 😂

Anyone that only assumes Pitts are angry or dangerous have never been around one that was raised well. Pitts are hands down the best dogs I've ever been around and I've been around alot of dogs in my life

Same. Mine showed up starved in the highway in front of my house. She was skin and bones and after a quick meal in the yard, she was inside and instantly cuddled up to my cat and other dog within 15 minutes of me finding her. Best breed ever. 😊

My kid is terrified of children & pregnancy so has told me she will nvr have kids, but she’ll get me a grand dog. I actually can’t wait. Our dog used to play with us kids and then when we would leave for school my dad would take him out of the kennel and he'd lay in the shop in the corner on his carpet section and watch my dad work on stuff like tractors. Then when he would hear the school bus come up the hill he would get up and run the length of the driveway and wait for us kids to get off the bus and play with us. He learned that my dad didn't play with him and we did really early. The most my dad did with him was to pet him when he walked by
