Castration doesn’t work, unfortunately, because this type of sex offender just uses something else, hands, adult toys etc to rape/molest instead. The end result is the same for the victim. Without going into detail here, the offender still receives gratification albeit in a slightly different way. I asked once, why this system isn’t used on more offenders. The answer ( Govt Dept ) was the phenomenal cost involved, anything requiring 24/7 satellite usage usually has a LOT of zeros after the dollar sign. Personally, I am of the opinion that anything that safeguards the most vulnerable members of our society shouldn’t have a price tag 🏷 but who am I, - nobody.
