Sri Lanka is an all-year-round destination. November to April is the time most European and North American travellers visit, so during that period, the accommodation rates are relatively high. Sri Lanka has everything to offer except snow.

Very good video. The details and accuracy is spit on. You may have missed a few must see places, I am sure you will visit SL some time soon. The Elephant ophanage, Jaffna to the North, Trincomalee, Arugambay, Pasikuda and Baticaloa in the Eeast coast and Mannar in the North West are some places you can visit in the future. Hey! So South and West SL will have the rainy season from May to Sept. so if you’re going then, you should go to North and East.

I am planning a trip in the month of october and just want to know which currency needs to be exchanged and can be converted in Sri Lankan rupees. For most of the sites, they are saying convert INR To USD and then USD to Sri Lankan Rupees. Appreciate your advise on the same.

Heyy! Yes so convert to USD, that’s the best thing for most South Asian countries. In Sri Lanka most hotels would have exchange facility or accept dollars, drivers accept dollars too.

Hey hey, we did not go thru any agents, I booked thru booking.com. Just look for high rated properties that satisfy your needs. You’ll find something in each budget.

Yes north and east don’t see rains right now. So you can travel to only those areas. West coast isn’t worth it in rains

Thank for Promoting Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 ❤️ 🙏 Yes it's Beautiful " Pearl of the Sea "🦪 But I can see you spent lots of money there , I was there for Six years without leaving " Sri Lanka " 🇱🇰 I have been each and almost every village of " Sri Lanka " 🇱🇰 Please Next time Go to " Mahanyangana " there you will see waidha people ( Jungle people " who are different from the rest of the " Sri Lanka " they speak different Languages even " Sri Lankan " themselves can't Understand a word 😊 and alse you can see the " Yala National Park 🏞️ " same day ( evening time 🐒 ). 😊 Next day or after two three days when you want to go mountain view go to " Ragala " side ( it's also close to Jungle people place " Mahanyangana " ( around 40 km. ) 😊 👍 Next trip go to " Ratanpura , Polnaruwa, Putlam , Kilinochi , Manaram , and Naagdeepiya 🐍 and also you visit a " Delfat " Island 🏝️ and Sangmarmar Island 🏝️ it's very small island but I guarantee you will fall in love with that island 🏝️❤️😊

Hii! Thanks :) if you’re interested in both mountains and beaches, Colombo to Nuwara Eliya (2 days here), then to Mirissa (3 days here but in between a day trip to Galle). Overall 5 days are too less, I wouldn’t advise less than 2 days anywhere. These 2 places will give you a good flavour

Hi, the internet is good at most places, no issues at all. Depends on which months are you going, Sept to March, No, 1 is Mirissa, it's close to most of the beachy towns in the south. Similarly Weligama was good for the same reason, they are both very close though. Unawatuna is another option. all in south coast.
