I just got my permit approved after a few months of waiting, and I'm so thankful for this video. I believe 20 hour study permit extension is applicable only while you are on active study term. if you have a break during which you get a study permit extension, you can still be able to work more than 20hrs

You can only work full time till the expiry date mentioned on your original study permit, before you applied for the extension (if you have applied for extension after October 1, 2022). If you have applied for study permit extension before October 1, 2022, you can work full time till the expiry date on your study permit extension.

@@KC-tz6jo 20 hours is impossible… I work full time, i don’t have 20 hours limit. Even though I work full time and two jobs I don’t make enough money. My mother helped my first semester. I am trying to save up for the second semester. It is very hard and taking a long time 😭 my only advice would be to stay away from Toronto and go to smaller cities and provinces. I will also move to another province after graduating. Toronto is a trap

When you save the form from Adobe Reader to your PC and then try to upload it on the IRCC page, is there a way to make sure that it has actually been uploaded? For the question of the cost of my studies will be, you mentioned at least it would be $850 times the months you wanna extend, for my situation, I wanna extend it for 5 months more from the original expiry date of my SP, but I'm going to apply it now which is around 8 months earlier than the expiry date. Hii Piyush, i need your guidance in one thing. My study permit expires on 31st December 2024 as i have taken a one year course and i want to apply for another one year course in a different university. So i am applying for an offer letter in the university which I am planning to go ahead with. The question is do i need to pay the first semester tuition fees which is gonna start in Jan 2025 for a study permit extension ?! Your help will be appreciated..Thanks in advance ❤

Do we have to mention Canadian experience only. Or I should mention all Jobs I did in last 10 years. Also if I have to then where should I mention it because this form has space for only two jobs

@@valm5476 so I had put whatever which was in my account. In my sop i have mentioned that in saving account i have this much and in other account I have this. It was nearly 6k in total. You have to attach a bank certificate which shows your both account money. One of my friend showed 5k in total

Hi Arun i have a question. So my application was submitted by my agent and he is not providing me id and password and the application was lodged on IRCC portal which is different from gckey. So can i create a new account on gc key and file for study permit extention ?

@@mysthacker5193it is always recommended to use the same gckey. Since agent is not providing credentials which is very absurd, you can still use a new account and apply for the study permit extension

I need extension till by course ending in April 2024. Ideally from December 2023 to April 2024. I have paid 3rd semester fees last week and 4th semester fee are pending. Then how much tuition fees I should mention.
