In case Gray isn't aware, The Doise unironically is from a DOOM WAD called Bring your own class. That thing that kills him at the end is Peddito, which in the WAD is Doise's version of the BFG that kills everyone in the room including him in a .exe horror style cutscene.

Something I noticed is that the second noise doesn't glide over rails but hangs on to them like gustavo does. Also the archers in the dwenday level do not seem to attack the noise and just wave. Also the sign at the end of the fake peppino fight says "do not go inside" of "do enter not inside"

afaik the bug you mention at 19:14 with the gloves being the color of your cape is intentional, because the "gustavo" replacement version of the noise grabs onto the rails with the big gloves (19:25) instead of grinding on them like normal (20:33) im very cool
