kyles case shows why you DO NOT talk to the cops. They wouldnt of been able to charge him with distribution if he or his gf didnt say they smoked weed together at his home. If whoever said that didnt they wouldnt be able to prove people would smoke at his home

In the state of Georgia If a person cultivates or possesses a 'deal-able quantity' or intends to sell even a small quantity, it is likely that charges of possession for supply may be laid. It is having more drugs than someone personally would use. That’s how they get people. Even though some heavy smokers can easily smoke a half ounce a day for example, that doesn’t mean the police can’t charge you with intent to distribute. The law is fucked up but that’s just reality unfortunately. Because of the amount he had it was always going to be some sort of intent charge.

its a federal felony to send a federally illegal substance through the mail or past state lines . Even if its legal where u live on a state level the federal gov considers it a schedule 1 still, same class as heroin.cocaine and meth are schedule 2 though because they have tiny tiny tiny medicinal applications like Desoxyn (methamphetamine HCL) for narcolepsy or cocaine HCL which is used in nose and throat surgery because it is a local anesthetic and not to mention opiates which are also schedule 2 (besides heroin and some novel opiates like krokodil) because they are used for pain. Crazy i know but google drug classifications if you dont believe me.schedule one means it has no medical value and is extremely dangerous,schedule 2 means it has some medical value but is still very dangerous

I just find it ridiculous that these staunch anti-drug people are also 9.9/10 times against gun laws. There’s a video John Oliver did with an NRA (?) spokesman about guns.
