This was the best movie ever. I saw it awhile ago. Ms. Sally is a wonderful actress.

I remember watching this when I was younger and saying to my dad “now why would they put him on the table?” Then my dad told me that was a normal thing and apparently my grandfather was laid out on the dining table after he passed in the early 60s

I saw this movie not thinking that it was a good or great movie. I saw it, could not stop watching it, and proclaimed it to be one of the best movies ever made. I cried at the end of the movie. I cried. i just hate this opening scene, and by the way, Malcovich does so well in it.

Just watched this for the first time and I loved it. Indeed an emotional and wonderful movie; now one of my favorites.

Heartbreaking about the black boy who shoots the policeman. He’s so obviously drunk and it was so obviously accidental, and what a horrific way for him to be killed: dragged behind a vehicle. However horrible it is to watch, it’s important these kind of events are depicted as they did happen and it must never be forgotten.

DANNY GLOVER!!!! Donald Glover was like 1 yrs old when this movie was made. Give the correct credit where it is due. Embarrassing.
