I think you started with too much weight, but it shows that this could help the weakness here.

The position he is sitting in does not target your glutes well. When I first started using the machine I use to use that position, but have since altered my position and have seen great gains.

@@starbarrage Probably a more upright position. So it looks like you're in the bottom position of a squat, the whole time

I’ve found that if you point your toes down and have a slight curve to your back (scoot your butt close the the edge farthest from the back support) you’ll feel the burn and see the results

I can't figure out how to set the range of motion pin on the side. The pin doesn't stay in the connector, so I end up not getting full range of motion.

Even my gym that I go to is 80 dollars of month is very very cold..its like the hospital..the cold air helps kill the germs in the air..heat helps increase the germs so cold air is always the best way to go..planet fitness is decent..you just need to know what you are doing and you get great results anywhere you go

He had to wear a jacket and long knee pants because Planet Fitness is so cheap, they don't heat the place.
