I have knee pain. Nothing broken as confirmed by x-rays fortunately. Found that I need to strengthen my hips. Surprised with the correlation. Glad there is a machine I can use at Planet Fitness and thank you for sharing this video.

As someone who had knee surgery and followed up with PT to restrengthen my knees, this machine and the abductor machine are a MUST for leg workouts. I think having done PT I was ready and knew how to stretch/work out the adductors and abductors so no strains. But these are a great to help strengthen your knees from a different angle. This machine really works.

Kinda normal i guess. I never had that kind of pain after the first couple years in the gym but no muscle trembled as much as that little one.

Plastic body had a small chip when kzbin.infoUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS I opened from box- would have sent back but it works well- using for warming up before exercising from full knee replacement- also use several times during day to keep movement easy. Sturdy, easy to use, easy to assemble (instructions didn’t match but easy to put together). Getting the same movement as the warm up bike at PT. Would suggest to order before surgery so you have it home ready to use when you can!!! Doesn’t take up a lot of space-not heavy so easy to move- not using for arms but I think it would work just as well

That’s good to know. I’m looking for leg exercises to do that can help strengthen my overall lower body strength to do a squat properly. Right now I’m going leg press and leg extensions. I’m going to add this to the routine!

Yup used this 2 days ago for the first time. Did 4 sets of 10 on 110 and boy oh boy am I hurting. It most certainly does hurt to lay down lol ah well, lesson learned. Definitely like the machine though.

Question...he released the handle at the end to stop the stretch, but didn't see him do anything with it in the beginning...everytime I use this is swings all the way out. How do I get that right stretch, like he did when it was making the clickey noise?
@dunkxcrazy11173 жыл бұрын
the small pull at the button with the yellow and black knob. you pull that to adjust the stretch or width in the beginning and push it back down to lock it in place

I’m about 5’ tall. The back rest seems to be unadjustable & permanently set solid on giraffe mode. Am I doing it right if I have 2 lift my butt off & dry hump the air in order 4 my knees to even BEGIN 2 make contact with the knee pads? I keep my lower back erect & pressed firmly against the back rest while squeezing my short little legs. Thanks!

@arcbladed52699 ай бұрын
This machine is for strength of your inner thigh. Does make you lose fat. Do squats and lunges or if you really want to burn fat. High intensity work like squat jumps with weight and running. Power clean and high reps on the leg press are good too Or just raw Calisthenics, but it ain’t gonna be easy, it never is.
