in this video I am going to explain what is involved is assessing a planning application refusal decision and the potential options that are available following the assessment.

Firstly that the case is perfect for an appeal and should be appealed without delay.
Secondly that the case could be appealed or a revised application for a revised or lesser scheme can both be submitted.
Thirdly that a lesser or revised scheme is the best way forward as an appeal has little or no chance of sucsess.
And Forth is that we do not believe that a further similar application or an appeal is viable at that proposed site.
