I believed the plant nutrient dogma for many many years while my health declined into malnutrition and chronic disease. With the help of KZbin and a desire to get well I gradually transitioned to the Carnivore diet. Over 3 years in, strict carnivore I have a life worth living 🙏

I grew up believing there were many more nutrients in fruit and veg rather than meat. Thank goodness times are changing, we’re receiving better nutritional advice to make decisions about what works best for us. 🥩 🌱

@@julienfroidevaux1143 , the question ought then to be asked, do we need that much magnesium, K2, iodine, etc. The answer is no, just like with vitamin C as mentioned in the video. Much of nutritional science has been muddied up and twisted. Also, the issues you bring up, has been answered before, including by Dr Mason, Dr Westman, Dr Chaffee, etc.

Funniest thing is that if you have good blood iron levels doesnt mean this iron works well without enough vitamin B12. All in body works only in perfect balance. Love my eggs and steak, most complex foods on planet Earth.

I'm not saying it's right I'm just Lucky For 18 year's i was a vegetarian I say vegetarian but i never even ate much vegetables All i ever ata was steel cut oats Blueberrys and i always had my Bloodwork done and all the 18 years i was never deficient in any Vitamins or minerals especially Iron and b vitamins

He claims the vit c needs are reduced in the absence of carbs. Like all " carnivores " he is unable too cite what the RDI for vit c would be if one embraces this strange diet . If he can't cite a number how are you gonna know you wont develop scurvy ?

GLUT-4 receptor - vitamin C competition on every body cell with glucose. Same for Omega 3 / 6, both have same receptor to compete for, one solution is to supplement more Omega 3, second option is to get rid of seed oils as big Omega 6 source, eat fat. Eat less Omega 6 to have more for body available Omega 3 on same diet ammount. Scurvy are not in fact result of vitamin C deficiency, but some amino acids deficiency. Eat only meat and your dentist will be shocked how good your gums are, more protein and no acidic mouth environment thanks to carbs.

Paul Saladino's and Dr Baker's Testosterone crashed on the carnivore . Plenty of magnesium and potassium deficiencies as well . Would explain why most carnivore influencers like Berry Westman and Steak and Butter Girl shill / recommend it .

You might be a skeptic right now, and I don't blame you. I was too. As a Chinese guy, there's no way you're going to tell me to cut all my rice out LoL. But tons and tons of health benefits started after I reluctantly tried carnivore....asthma, gone. Nasal allergies, gone. Eczema and psoriasis, gone. A1c went from 6.5 to 5.4. Average glucose went from 160-170 down to 100. I lost 30 pounds and also packed on muscle. And my story is just one of numerous, all saying the same thing. People's health dramatically improve. And not only that...but the stifled research for decades past that actually showed the benefits of an all-meat diet, are finally being recognised, *and* new research also showing this, are coming to light. Look up Nick Norwitz and Adrian Soto-Mota, two brilliant doctors pioneering the research in nutrition and metabolic science. Personally I can never give up carbs completely. I still eat a speck of rice (I AM Chinese after all), and I love my fruits. But....I can definitely say I'm better off for going super-low carb, and increasing my animal protein and saturated fats. I had bloodwork done recently, and it was fantastic....

One serving of Kombucha ( not a animal product ) = 100 % of your RDI for B12. Some seaweeds as well . Also if the Masai are thriving on this so called carnivore diet why are 1/3 of their children stunted ?
