Volver a nuestras raíces no es solo una cuestión de salud, es una cuestión de identidad. El veganismo nos aleja de lo que somos como especie, mientras que una dieta carnívora o cetogénica nos reconecta con nuestra verdadera naturaleza. Si estás cansado de dietas que te enferman y quieres recuperar tu salud y vitalidad, es hora de cuestionar todo lo que te han enseñado sobre nutrición. Deberíamos mencionar mas la importancia de consumir alimentos de origen animal, ya que es en estos alimentos donde están todos los nutrientes esenciales de formas muy biodisponibles.

When Swedish Medical Center conducts their week long diet familiarization classes for diabetics, you will not hear this information. You will hear consuming 1 cup of steamed rice per day is acceptable. The group will emphasize the Mediterranean diet as a management method with some 200+ grams carbohydrates per day and avoid mentioning ketosis or seed oils at any time. It progressively ruined my life until dropping to

My MD group caused my type 2 diabetes with cortizone injections for scalp dermatitis and sneezing and runny nose in outside weather.

Agree with everything Mason says except for the triglycerides/HDL. According to the uniquely brilliant Professor Bart Kay, triglycerides, HDL as well as LDL re irrelevant "markers". The lipid/heart model is old, erroneous information.

Im sure Dr Mason is aware of these in most of his patience. I am a patient of Dr Mason he doesn't seem worried in the sense i need statins, it appears the suggestions made to me seem to be about finding the reason my Chol and fasting insulin numbers are what they are. Remember folks, there is always a reason something is the way it is.

Markers are markers relevant to those on a standard Australian diet. Eating carnivore as i do makes them all irrelevant as its never an issue, as no meaningful carbs are consumed. I am huge fan of Prof Bart Kay.

​@@fkn16vThe reason your numbers are what they are is that your genes, which have evolved over millions of years, deem them to be so. Eat a species specific and species appropriate diet and let your genes do their thing
